We always strive to deliver our clients and partners a low-cost, high-value payment package. That’s why Interchange, assessments, and fees are closely monitored and passed through at cost under full disclosure for all our clients. In addition, all of our technology, data security tools, real-time reporting, data storage, US-based support, and dedicated relationship management are all included in a simple transaction fee. There are no additional charges for account setup, server licenses, system upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, redundancy, or disaster recovery services.

Rob Winokur

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has over 16 years of payment experience working for top-tier merchant services and payments providers. He started his career working for Paymentech as a regional account executive, successfully working his way into national sales within three years. He was the top sales manager in national sales for Chase Merchant Services for over four years. Their market was Tier 1 clients with credit card sales ranging from 1- 500 million. He spent 10+ years with First Data running different segments of their national sales groups. His teams were consistently ranked among the highest in the organization, always achieving north of 120% of goals.

At Winstar Payments, he has worked to build a company that provides highly personalized service to all its clients, regardless of size. By doing right by the client, he has been able to help customers see the brighter side of merchant services and give them peace of mind that they are well taken care of and have a trustworthy partner for their business.

Clay Wilkinson

Chief Operating Officer

Clay has been in the merchant services and payments industry since 2008. He has specialized in financial institution partnerships throughout his career. He began at a small startup ISO and helped build it into a reputable top 75 on the Nilsson Report, a payments company. In his tenure as a financial institutions partnership manager, he has learned the keys to a successful partnership are providing high-quality, 1-on-1, not 1-800 service to all clients, maintaining an active partnership with his partnering FI’s and always looking for and bringing clients to his partners for their banking and lending needs. Diversity has been his most excellent teacher, with over 16 FI partnerships across the country, including one credit union.

He has built a team of service-minded associates at Winstar Payments, first and foremost. Providing clients with peace of mind and savings will always be his top priority.

Vinny Breault

Chief Revenue Officer

Vinny Breault is an accomplished payments executive, who has worked for First Data, Ingenico, Elavon, TSYS (formerly Cayan), and Poynt.  Vinny has led organizations and teams from sales and business development, to product, marketing and relationship management.  He has worked with world class clients and partners, such as Apple, Google, Hilton and Home Depot.  Prior to his civilian career, Vinny served in the US Army. 

 

He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas.  Vinny has a wife (Summer) and three sons (Grayson, Duncan and Linken), two maltipoos (Kona and Luna) and currently lives in Tampa, Florida.  He enjoys coaching his sons’ sports, boating, fishing and serving as the world’s greatest dad and husband (he has the coveted badge).  Vinny is an active volunteer and public speaker with Wounded Warrior.

Salvadore Junda

Chief Technology Officer

As an entrepreneur, Salvadore understands the daily technical challenges small to large businesses face, especially in the cannabis industry. For over 20 years, Salvadore has been a noteworthy leader in the technology and cannabis space. Sal and his brother Co-Founded a cannabis company that started in Bend, Oregon. It pioneered and developed the first cannabis subscription-based revenue model, creating a custom online dispensary order-taking and delivery software. Through their branding efforts, the company went viral overnight, reaching millions of viewers and catching the attention of national media outlets.

​Before that, Salvadore served as a technical consultant and business partner to numerous cannabis companies, identifying new cultivation techniques and implementing automation technologies, increasing their production and efficiencies by 25%. Salvadore has a formal IT background, having led numerous enterprise-scale and small business IT infrastructure projects, from the design phase to installation and integration. 

​Originally from Virginia Beach, Salvadore currently resides in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.

​A. Michael Gibson

Chief Compliance Officer​

​A. Michael Gibson is a dynamic supply chain professional with over 20 years of combined military and commercial global operations management and leadership experience with a proven track record and knowledge in compliance, strategic sourcing, government contracting, and process improvement.

Mr. Gibson was a founder and Director of Operations for Tectus Oil, a Defense Contractor. He managed the end-to-end logistical operation and transportation of lubricants and chemicals to the U.S. military. There he implemented SAP Ariba to facilitate vendor communication in order processing leading to a 99% on-time shipment and accuracy performance rating as a small business vendor with W.W. Grainger, Inc. He successfully collaborated with chemists, engineers, and formulators to develop antifreeze for the U.S. military and custom motor oils. This led to the company's acquisition of a passenger motor oil certification by the American Petroleum Institute. 

Before that, Mr. Gibson served as the Director of Operations for G2 Fuel Technologies. He was responsible for marketing, the contract process, and the delivery of ground and aircraft fuel to the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security. He was instrumental in the military's testing phase of bio-based penetrating lubricants supporting the USDA's Bio preferred program for the U.S. military, working alongside Concurrent Technologies Corporation.

Mr. Gibson served as an Army Transportation Corps Officer responsible for operational performance and his soldiers' health, welfare, and combat readiness. He served as a Marine/Terminal Operations Officer supporting the Army's global Prepositioned Vessel Program. He gained experience in land and maritime multimodal operations responsible for line haul transport, ship/shore crane operations, and cargo transfer. His unit was featured in the June 2001 issue of Soldiers Magazine for its success in moving the Army's break-bulk cargo and containers under the Strategic Prepositioned Vessel Program. He earned his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his J.D. from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School.
